Dermot Crowley is the founder of Adapt Productivity and is a well-known thought leader on Personal Productivity. His company ‘Adapt’ provides training and coaching programmes that change behaviours and help participants to apply the concepts discussed in Dermot’s best-selling books ‘Smart Work’, ‘Smart Teams’, and his latest release ‘Urgent!’

This week, Dermot joined Ryan for a discussion around all things productivity, from how to increase productivity from home to his famous ‘PASS’ process that he uses every day to set his schedule. He shares tips on how to get the coveted empty inbox, including reducing the number of emails coming in the first place. Dermot touches on urgency vs importance and where ‘senseless urgency’ can come from. He gives practical tips on how to start discussions with management to shift the whole organisation to decrease urgency resulting in less stress and higher productivity. Win-win!
