Clare O'Sullivan

Clare brings over 25 years of recruitment experience, establishing a strong reputation in Sales across Business Development and Account Management in New Zealand and internationally. Throughout her career she has recruited into a wide range of industries, and having interviewed thousands of candidates across diverse industries, has a deep understanding of career planning and training needs analysis.  

As a leader with a decade of experience managing teams, Clare understands the challenges leaders face in balancing their day job with managing people. Her strength is her skills in relationship building – being able to understand these challenges and providing a training solution to support them.    

Partnering with Breakthrough Co, Clare aims to bridge the gap in management training she has seen in many organisations. She is passionate about equipping management and team leaders with the tools and support they need to succeed in any role, in any industry. 

Outside of work, Clare loves spending time with family and friends. She is regularly courtside for the many sports teams her daughter is in, and is 'uber' driver for the teams. Clare loves travel and the outdoors, and in her spare time, you'll most likely find her at the beach, walking her two dogs.
