The Active Learning System blends online and in-person learning to achieve real behavior change. It’s a continuous monthly cycle to reinforce and apply knowledge every day. How the Active Learning System works:
Participants have access to their online courses with practical management skill content in a highly accessible format, with a tight focus on skill practice. The participant selects a core skill to practice and then activates this in their daily work.
Participant meets with their leader for their individual coaching session to apply the content and receive immediate feedback. The coaching session allows the leader to add context and improve their coaching experience,
During the monthly co-lab group, the facilitator reviews progress and reinforces accountability for new behaviors to be integrated, peers discuss and share learning, challenges, and achievements
During the leader review, the facilitator gives the leader an overview of individual progress and helps them prepare for coaching / mentoring during individual sessions
