Craig Neal

Craig is a business transformation specialist with national and global experience. He has held senior management positions in corporates including McDonald’s, NZ Post Retail and Restaurant Brands. Craig has consulted on major projects for Fonterra in NZ, Melbourne, the Middle East and Africa and for Goodman Fielder’s national distribution transformation.  
 
Previously, Craig owned an import distribution business with a Global sports brand, that included a franchised network of retail stores throughout New Zealand. Backed by his qualifications, including: a degree in Property Administration; Diplomas in Hospitality; Professional Coaching; and Positive Psychology, Craig’s corporate leadership, company management and business ownership provides a breadth of experience and knowledge. He is also a qualified ski instructor. 
 
When not skiing, Craig shares his experience and knowledge to help others optimize their personal and professional potential. As a qualified Professional Coach and experienced Consultant, his goal is to work empathetically with business owners and their teams to enhance successful outcomes for all stakeholders
