Craig Thorne

Craig is an experienced leader with over 20-years’ service in the New Zealand Army, which includes operational leadership roles in Afghanistan and Iraq. During this career he developed a vast range of learning and development expertise, which has given him the focus to be very purposeful about learning to achieve behaviour change.

Craig started Culture Culture in 2021, a consultancy that supports businesses to achieve the performances that they are after. For Craig and Culture Culture this is ultimately about supporting and developing an environment where people can thrive, for this will drive business success.

Craig and his partner Angela live in New Plymouth with their two daughters.
