Faieka is a professional coach, mentor, facilitator and Accredited Enneagram Practitioner who works with ambitious and motivated managers and business owners.

Using the psychology of The Enneagram, Faieka helps individuals discover their Core Leadership Style which allows for training, coaching and mentoring to be tailored to the individual.

Faieka has grown and developed her own business since 2007 and has also been the proud recipient and winner of the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards. At Actum Limited, Faieka now uses her nearly 20 years practical business, management and leadership experience to help empower other business owners and managers to grow and develop so they are able to make their goals real.

Faieka is a passionate and optimistic success seeker and sets out to make a positive impact on more managers, leaders and business owners by helping them gain the confidence to take action with support and accountability every step of the way.

Away from business, Faieka loves spending time with her adult daughters and her all time happy place is on the water with her husband Neil and their boat called Sheer Bliss.
