Heather Burton

Heather’s career has been all about people, she has held senior Strategic Leadership HR roles for over 25 years across a number of key industries including FMCG, Manufacturing, the Meat Industry, and Horticulture.  She made the decision to leave the corporate world and start her own HR consultancy business, HR Talent Ltd, in 2020 and works at both a strategic and operational level supporting and providing leadership and people advice and training for businesses in the Bay of Plenty and wider New Zealand. 

Leadership coaching and empowering people to achieve their goals and develop their true potential is a passion of Heather’s, she is engaging and enjoys working with individuals and teams to provide advice and guidance in a fun and challenging environment.
