After a 20-year corporate career, culminating in her last role as Chief People Officer at one of New Zealand’s top three telcos, Jodie is well-equipped to facilitate meaningful leadership development programmes. Jodie has held HR roles across industries including: media, FMCG and telecommunications. She has worked alongside white-collar and blue-collar employees, has led large transformations, and has worked in unionised and non-unionised environments. 

Jodie has held central HR roles at TVNZ, Pernod Ricard NZ, Lion and 2degrees.  She has a comprehensive understanding of transformation, leadership development, change management and employment relations. But it is coaching and leadership development that Jodie relishes. “Helping a group of leaders unlock their potential and build on their strengths, while having some fun doing so, is both motivating and deeply satisfying.”

When Jodie is not focused on helping leaders succeed, she can be found cheering loudly on the side of a soccer pitch, baking for Good B*tches Bake or writing novels.
