She is a proven executive versed at scaling companies, building teams, and driving towards results. Her work with the Venture Mentoring Service sparked a deep interest in developing leadership capacity among entrepreneurs and led to her joining The Breakthrough Co. to help even more high potential teams develop management talent from the inside out.

Kerri lives and works in Calgary, Alberta at the base of the Rocky Mountains with her two children and husband Michael where together they work to build a strong community that includes technology as a long-lasting part of the economy.
