An accomplished business leader known for delivering results and building great culture, Michael brings a unique blend of over 20 years of real-world corporate experience together with formal coaching training as an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator.

Appointed as President of adidas Canada before the age of 40, a position he held for almost 7 years, Michael understands the unique pressures and demands placed on executives and leaders. He brings empathy, curiosity, and balance to his coaching work, helping executives to fully realize their potential across all aspects of their life, and to create meaningful impact in their business. Michael is excited to bring the Breakthrough offering to clients in Canada, helping leaders develop critical skills throughout their organizations.

In addition to individual coaching, Michael works with leadership teams and is an engaging and inspirational speaker who loves to share his keynote message, “Everyone Has a Voice.”

Passionate about giving back, Michael also serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Terry Fox Foundation Board, helping to raise funds for cancer research, a cause he is personally connected to.
