Michelle has been coaching, consulting and facilitating for the last 40+ years supporting business owners and their teams at all levels. She has worked in three different continents and has learnt to appreciate the subtleties of each environment.

As a coach, Michelle is committed to listening and asking the challenging questions, supporting her clients in finding their own solutions, and to enable her clients to continue to grow. She believes that people are at the core of culture and leadership and as Brene Brown says “Leaders are anyone who has the courage to find the potential in people & processes and develop that potential.”

Michelle values the outdoors in Canterbury and normally shares this with family and friends.
