Product Specific Terms & Conditions

Events and Workshops

  • All general The Breakthrough Company terms & conditions outlined above apply.

  • Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place at a The Breakthrough Company event/workshop.  Cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing up to seven working prior to the start date of the event to receive a full refund. Transfers are at the discretion of The Breakthrough Company. Due to event/workshop demand and the volume of preparation, cancellations or transfers received within seven working days of the programme/event start date will be subject to a fee of 50% of the event cost however, you may substitute delegates to another The Breakthrough Company event, workshop or programme at any time. The Breakthrough Company reserves the right to make changes to the event/workshop, location and speakers without prior notice.

Programmes

  • All general The Breakthrough Company terms & conditions outlined above apply.

  • Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place at a Breakthrough Company programme.  To cancel your membership of a programme you must provide written notification by email to member.support@thebreakthrough.co stating the date and the programme you are departing from.  On receipt of your notification we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request by replying in writing.

  2. Alert your designated coach, and forward a copy to our financial manager and NZTE should you have any current funding allocated.

  3. Send you a final statement of fees due.  (You are obliged to pay in full for the month in which you cancel your membership (and any earlier outstanding instalments), regardless of which day in the month you date your written notice.

  4. Lodge your final claim for the programme with NZTE at the end of the month you cancel and return the remaining funds to NZTE.  (You will need to re-apply for more funding through NZTE for funding towards any other services).

  5. Offer you an opportunity to fully participate in any relevant Breakthrough activities for your final month ie: 1:1 coaching, action groups or workshop.

  6. Offer you a “where to from here” session with one of our coaches, to ensure you depart with an action plan for the future.

  • Should you wish to continue to engage with your designated coach for action group meetings, 1:1 sessions or advisory work you are obligated to continue this through The Breakthrough Company.  We will continue to provide the service of this coach under our format and structure, and your invoices will still come from The Breakthrough Company.

  • Programme fees are an annual amount payable in monthly installments. Tax compliant invoices will be issued to members. Invoices are issued on the first calendar day of each month and are payable on or before the 20th calendar day of each month.

  • The Breakthrough Company reserves the right to hand any outstanding invoices over for collection, all fees and charges will be for the clients account.

  • The Breakthrough Company reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and speakers without prior notice.

 

Coaching or Advisory Services

  • All general The Breakthrough Company terms & conditions outlined above apply.

  • Cancellation Policy: Notification for cancelling a 1:1 coaching session or advisory session needs to be received in writing directly to your coach at least 48 hours prior to the session.  Any cancellation after the 48 hours will be invoiced in full unless:

  1. The cancellation is due to an unforeseen emergency

  2. The meeting is re-scheduled within that month
