[EP 42] Heather Polglase, HR Director at Spark, on being agile, collaboration and the importance of people

In this podcast episode, Ryan has the pleasure of talking with Heather Polglase, who has 20 years’ experience as an HR professional and is now the HR Director at Spark New Zealand. She has led a number of critical initiatives at Spark, such as Spark's Leadership and Development Programme, and held key roles across the Customer and Marketing areas of Spark.  

Heather talks about the implementation of these projects at Spark. She shares how she managed the large scale transformation into a new Agile way of working and how collaboration was a key component of its success. Heather also goes into detail on how her resilience muscle has strengthened over her professional career, why it's been so important and challenges that can come with being a woman in business.
