[EP59] What it Takes to Build Great Culture in your Business (Panel)

This week’s podcast was recorded at our very own Challenger workshop last week. We hosted a panel with Aurelie Le Gall, Kevin Boroevich, and Britta Christiansen to discuss what it takes to build a great culture, what works well, what doesn’t, and learnings we can take into our own businesses and teams. 

This diverse panel shared a range of views about what is really important to company culture. Aurelie’s background in recruitment gives insight into what exactly culture is and how to hire in a way that is beneficial to shaping culture. Kevin draws from his incredibly broad range of experiences to pick and choose the best builders of culture and bring all of those into his current business, along with his personal life. Britta’s 20 years in business coaching has allowed her to see culture struggles across many organisations and industry sectors. She gives great practical tips such as how to align culture across locations and departments and how we can improve KPIs simply by asking our team what culture can do to help.
