Everyone wants a unicorn. Someone with a lot’s of training and development in a functional role who, once promoted, become great people leaders. However, people don’t become unicorns by magic.

Many companies take one of two approaches to try and achieve this.
1. They promote their employee and do nothing
2. They send their employee to a one- or two-day course

Mike and Ryan share insight on how to notice challenges within your business that suggest that your approach isn't working such as low culture engagement, high turnover or projects being delayed.
What works is the three C’s of learning: Continued, Consistent and Connected. This is present when an agreed upon curriculum is taught on a regular cadence by a leader in their business. Do this and your business will become a unicorn factory.
