[EP 64] Jason Paris, CEO of Vodafone NZ, on Strategy and How to Be a People Leader

Jason Paris is the current Vodafone NZ CEO. After living in London for three and a half years, working for Nokia, he was headhunted by TVNZ and returned home. Over his four years at the company, Paris and his team set up the On Demand service before moving to MediaWorks. Jason spent 6 years at Spark before joining Vodafone.

This week, Ryan is joined by Jason Paris to talk about something that Jason Paris is certainly an expert on: leadership. They discuss Jason’s key ideas around leadership, including ensuring that he often leaves “loud and early” to drive home that his employees can prioritise home life over work.
