[EP67] Creating a High Performance Team

A company’s performance rests on creating a great team. We all know that diversity of gender, age, ethnicity and everything else is important. However, there is another type of diversity is often forgotten... the diversity of thinking - neurodiversity.
A great team has all the bases covered - the big picture, drive, concern for people and making sure it all works. So how can you make sure your creating a high performance team?

One way to achieve this is using Deloitte's “business chemistry of team” model consisting of four working styles:
Pioneer, Driver, Guardian, and Integrator.
These styles all have very different ways of approaching their work and contribute differently to the team. In this weeks podcast, Mike and Ryan take us through what each style is and how to use each style to create a high performing team.
