[EP 57] Returning to the Office Post Lockdown and Impact of Working From Home (Survey Results)

Post lockdown #1 there was a lot of speculation about the effect working from home was having on businesses. We had our own hypothesis’, but we wanted to see real data from real businesses, so we conducted a survey with 75 businesses to see what their experience was during lockdown and if their businesses working style had changed permanently. 

In this week’s podcast we discuss the results of the survey looking at the impact working from home had on productivity, innovation, work/ life balance, cohesiveness, communication and much more. 
For those businesses who are still operating on a flexible working policy, Mike and Ryan give great tips on how to manage your team to maximise results in all areas looked at in the survey. They also give a great reminder that a low performing employee at home is not going to be magically improved by being at their work desk. A leader must develop essential tools, frameworks and capability's around your people so that they can perform anywhere.
